Privacy Policy

A short policy, because we collect very little. If you send us an enquiry we keep it in order to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Last updated 1 July 2026

01

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number and company, the city or region your enquiry concerns, an indicative budget band, and the content of your message.

We also record standard technical information generated by your visit — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — for security and aggregate traffic analysis. This is not linked to your enquiry record.

02

Why we hold it

Enquiry data is held for one purpose: to respond to the enquiry and, where a conversation follows, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an approach you initiated, and consent where you have given it explicitly on the form.

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

03

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted twenty-four months after the last contact. Enquiries that become live projects are retained for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards, as required by tax and construction record-keeping obligations.

Open job applications are held for twelve months and then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.

04

Who can see it

Access is limited to the members of the practice who need it to respond to you, and to the processors who operate our email and hosting infrastructure under contract.

Where data is transferred outside the country of collection, it is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

05

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. We will respond within thirty days.

To exercise any of these, write to privacy@aurelis.example. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Photography is served from a third-party image CDN, which will see the IP address making the request. No cookies are set by that request.
