Nothing here routes through a ticketing system. Each address reaches a named person, and if they are the wrong one they will tell you who is right.

We keep open applications on file for twelve months and we do read them.

Material submissions must include forty-year weathering evidence.

Before we show anyone a project, we take them to nine flats in Dadar we finished in 2005. It explains more than a portfolio does.
